We manage several community associations using this software with QuickBooks to print our checks and deposit slips on blank check/deposit slip stock using an inexpensive laser printer with MICR ink. The thing we like the most is we do not have to keep changing checks and deposit slips for the different associations we manage. No more voiding checks that were accidently left in a printer. Just click print in QuickBooks, choose the printer and GC former does the rest.

We have an accounting office and prepare payroll for about 150 clients using QuickBooks. Trying to store blank checkstock for 150 clients got unmanagable. We found GCFormer 6 years ago and have used it ever since. We have a server with multiple workstations and use the GCFormer network version. Overall we have been very happy with GCFormer. Once installed it is easy to use and works seemlessly in the background. Gaczi Consulting, the company that developed the software has been very good to respond the few times we have had technical or other support issues.

I would like to share our complete satisfaction with this product. Although I was hesitant to make this switch I am very glad we did. I typically dread new software due to the frustration normally encountered with any technical issues and the ability to get them resolved. Not a problem with GC Former. I never had to wait for help and each time my issue was resolved within 10 min. We run 4 different businesses out of the same building and we were constantly changing out our pre-printed checks in the check printer. It is simple and refreshing to load one pile of the same check paper. GC Former takes care of the rest. Not to mention the cost savings of buying blank check stock. I also like the ease of having the signatures printed directly on the checks. I highly reccommend this product to anyone.

Freedom to not buy Versacheck paper and to have such a selection of check paper formats.  I could use bottom top or middle formats.  It can sign the checks and has signature cut-off limit's.  Great support, though little is needed.  Should have had this years ago!
