USPS Shipping
- Any shipment that requires US
Postal service such as shipping to PO / APO Boxes or military shipments will be
shipped USPS Priority Mail and will be charged actual USPS charges plus a $10
service charge. We will not replace or refund any lost or damaged shipments using USPS.
Why ship Priority Mail? Priority Mail is the
only service USPS offers that includes package tracking.
FedEx - If you must ship
your package FedEx, we can only do so if we bill your account. In
addition you will be charged an additional $12 for FedEx Pickup. FedEx
charges us $12 for a pickup because we don't normally ship via FedEx.
Alaska,
Hawaii, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands
UPS Ground is now
available for Alaska, Puerto Rico and portions of Hawaii. UPS Ground charges
to these areas are not included in our prices and you will be billed
appropriately. (Currently our website does not properly calculate UPS Ground
charges and will be manually entered upon receipt of your order)
US Virgin
Islands
UPS Ground is not
available for the US Virgin Islands, so orders are typically shipped UPS 2
day air. 2 day air charges are not included in the price and you will be
billed appropriately upon receipt of your order.

Not all of our products are listed on our website. Products not on our
website may be subject to actual shipping

Modified toner cartridges will be sold internationally. Advantage Brand
(Remanufactured) toner cartridges are only sold in the United States and
Canada.
