These are new laser printers with a new MICR toner cartridge. The printers originally come with a standard toner cartridge, so we remove the original toner cartridge modify it with MICR toner and replace it. So you still get a new HP toner cartridge, just with MICR toner.
We only ship printers within the continental US and do not ship printers to Canada, Puerto Rico or any other International destination.
