Our Guarantee
Advantage Laser Products guarantees its Advantage Brand Products to be free from damage, defects or poor workmanship for 1 year from date of purchase.  Advantage Brand Products include Remanufactured Toner, Check Stock, Envelopes, Font Hardware/Software, Ink Jet Refills and New Modified MICR Toner.  We will replace the item or refund the purchase price, it is the customer's choice.  Our experienced technicians are well equipped to diagnose damage or defects, if they are unable to duplicate or discover a problem, the customer assumes the cost of the replacement or original shipment if no replacement was ordered.

**All Non-Advantage Brand products (OEM Brand Toner/Ink/Drums) are guaranteed to be free of defects, damage and poor workmanship for 90 days from day of purchase.

If you wish to return unused merchandise, you may do so for up to 1 year from purchase date for Advantage Brand items and 90 days for all OEM products.  The customer assumes the cost of shipping the merchandise back to Advantage and must insure their product against damage/loss.  Customer's will be assessed a 15% restocking fee after our evaluation team determines the product is still in re-sellable condition.  If the product comes back and it is not in resellable condition, no credit will be issued.  Anything over 1 year old will not be credited.  If a return item is lost or damaged in shipping, the customer must file a claim with their preferred shipper and no credit will be issued by Advantage.

Printer Return Policy
Please double check that the features you want are found on the printer you have selected. Check for PC vs MAC connectivity, color printing functions, speed, etc.

To get a full refund or credit*, less shipping charges, you must call customer service to get an RMA number within 30 days** of the invoice date, all packaging, toner or ink cartridges, software, and cables must be included. If any original parts, accessories, supplies, or packaging are missing, your refund or credit will subjected to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be credited for any reason.

*No refund or credit will be given if the printer is damaged during shipping back to Advantage Laser Products. For this reason we highly recommend that you insure the printer when returning.

**After 30 days a printer may be returned but a 15% restocking fee will be charged regardless of missing parts. 10% additional restocking fee will be charged if there is missing parts or packaging. After 60 days, no return will be accepted on printers.
