As always, Advantage Laser Products service was excellent. I
gave a mediocre score for Ease of Purchase simply because when I
search Advantage Laser on Google, I usually have trouble finding
it, so I have to keep an old invoice with the web address on it
in order to find the web site. |

Have used Advantage Laser for 8 years off and on. They are
always courteous, quick and complete. Their customer service
people, most whom have been at advlaser for all of the years I
have used them, are GREAT! They also stand behind their
products, if there is a problem with anything. The only thing I
can see that would be done better is to get a REAL ecommerce
server and not use Yahoo! I do LOTS of online purchasing and
find Yahoo storefronts to be much less user friendly and
informative than your other ecommerce solution. (just one
network geeks opinion) |

Not all merchants are as concerned about customer
satisfaction & Advantage operates as if they are concerned & I like that.I
also like the fact that they make UPS get a signature for delivery of their
product because some don't & as we all know UPS is notorious for leaving
packages out in the open with no signature or confirmation of delivery if
the party is not home for anyone to steal or for bad weather to destroy.
That's a big plus for me being a home business owner! |
